A Mobilize dashboard is the organizer hub for organizations on Mobilize—it’s where events, Supporter lists, dashboard Users, and other organization settings are managed. If an organizer needs to edit their event, they will navigate to the organization's dashboard to make changes.
Why You Might See Multiple Dashboards
Depending on how you engage with organizations, you may have access to multiple dashboards. For each dashboard you have access to, you could have a different role—such as Admin, Organizer, or Host. For example, you might be a Host on a dashboard for which you volunteer-hosted an event and an Admin on a dashboard you created for your local organization. In this case, you'd have access to two dashboards and may need to switch between them.
How to Switch Dashboards
Step 1: Log into Mobilize
Step 2: Click 'Menu'
Step 3: Under 'Organize For', click the organization name. The dashboard view will show.
Understanding Dashboard Access
The same email address can be added as a User on multiple Mobilize dashboards.
Your dashboard view will change based on your role for each organization. For example, if you're an "Admin" for one organization but an "Organizer" for another, you'll see different features and options when switching between dashboards.
The system remembers your last visited dashboard, which will be displayed automatically when you log in next time.

Can I use one email address for multiple dashboards?
Yes! A single email address can be used to access multiple Mobilize dashboards. Each unique email address is considered one user in our system, but that user can have different roles across multiple dashboards.
Why does my dashboard look different for each organization?
Your dashboard appearance and available features depend on your assigned role. If you have different permissions (Admin, Organizer, etc.) in different organizations, your experience will vary accordingly.
I can't find an organization I'm supposed to have access to. What should I do?
If you don't see an organization's dashboard in your "Organize For" list, you might be added to that dashboard using a different email address. Contact a dashboard Admin for that organization or check your other email accounts to verify which email was used for access.
How do I know which dashboard I'm currently viewing?
The organization logo will be displayed in the upper left corner. You can also check the URL in your browser to see the organization's "slug". To switch to a different organization, simply follow the three steps at the top of this article.
