Email attendees from your dashboard

As an organizer, you can use Mobilize Messaging to contact your event attendees from your organization's dashboard

If you'd like to reach out to your previous event attendees, you can do so right from your organization's dashboard, without having to export your lists to your external email client! This is a great way to share your upcoming events and keep in touch with your supporters.

To get started, navigate to your organization's dashboard and select Email your attendees, as seen below:

As an organizer, you can use Mobilize Messaging to send an email to attendees of any events that you own. You'll see the option to email your event attendees from all organizations you're affiliated with, or just your attendees for this dashboard's events (and the number of recipients for each option):

You can utilize Markdown to make your preferred stylistic changes to these emails.

Recipients can respond to the sender of the email only and will receive a copy of their sent email. Recipients can also report an email as inappropriate or containing spam. An email will be sent to the event campaign reply-to email (or organization reply-to email for those without the event campaign feature) with details of the report, email, and sender.
