Volunteers will get an email as soon as they sign up with the event details, organizer contact info, and anything you include in the “Private details” field. They’ll also receive a reminder email the day-of and the day before the event is scheduled to start. If they have opted in to SMS, they will also receive a reminder text the day before the event.
