Learn who has access to your personal data on Mobilize

Data collection

When you sign up to attend an event, Mobilize collects the following information:

  • First and last name

  • Email address

  • Phone number (optional in most cases)

  • ZIP code

Mobilize also creates a Supporter Profile for you after you sign up for an event. This profile contains the above information, plus a list of organizations you've supported in the past and other shifts you've signed up for with the hosting organization.

Only users on the hosting organization’s Mobilize dashboard can access your personal data - this means dashboard admins and event hosts of the events you sign up for. If you sign up for an organization's event that's being promoted on another organization's event feed, the promoting organization and promoted organization will both see your signup data.

When you complete the sign up form to attend an event, you agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. There is also an optional checkbox to consent to receiving SMS messages from the organization directly. This data and subscription is managed by the organization.

Delete Your Account

To delete your Mobilize account, email [email protected] from the email you want to delete with a deletion request.
