This article will outline Mobilize's Custom VAN Settings feature. Mobilize now allows account Admins to configure VAN Settings for individual events.

Using this tool, you can set up events to have different VAN roles, statuses and event types. For example, you can also track sign-ups to be registered in VAN as “Host” in order to identify your distributed organizing hosts.
Here's how it works:
Create a new event and choose which Mobilize event type you want people to be able to search for.
Expand the drop down to reveal the individual VAN mapping tool.
3. Map to the specific VAN roles and statuses like you had done in the VAN settings tab.
