If your contract includes an integration, sync your Mobilize account with VAN by following the steps below:
Chat Mobilize Support to request the integration using the Intercom logo in the bottom right-hand corner of your browser window, or email [email protected].
Mobilize Support will follow up when the integration has been enabled with further instructions and you will be able to see the VAN Settings tab in your organization's dashboard.
Obtain an API Key from your database for Mobilize.
Enter the API key in the VAN settings tab and configure settings using this guide.
