If your contract includes an integration, sync your Mobilize account with VAN by following the steps below:
Chat Support to request the integration using the Intercom logo in the bottom righthand corner of your browser window, or email [email protected].
Mobilize Support will follow up when the integration has been enabled with further instructions and you will be able to see the VAN Settings tab.
Request a read/write API key from VAN by scrolling down to the help/support section. From there, request an API key specifically for Mobilize. Make sure you give a heads up to the VAN administrator of your organization as the key will be sent directly to them.
Enter the API key in the VAN settings tab and configure settings using this guide.
