Admins and Organizers can drive engagement by distributing a pre-filtered view of the event feed to potential attendees. The event feed can be filtered by criteria such as date range or event location to surface the most relevant events to your supporter base.
โญ Filter the event feed
Navigate to the organization's event feed, which has a URL like this: mobilize.us/

. At the top of the event feed, there are filter buttons.If there are events with Tags applied, those Tags will show as filter buttons. In the screencap below, 'Education' and 'Healthcare' are event Tags:
To view all filters, click the Filters button. You will find options for filtering the event feed. Once you've completed the filters you want, click 'Apply filters':
๐ Filter events by date
From the top of the event feed, click Filters. Then, scroll to the 'Date' section. You can filter events by one date or a date range. Once you input the date(s), click Apply filters.
๐บ Filter events by location
From the top of the event feed, click Filters. Then, scroll to the 'Near' section. You can filter events by state, city, zip code, and/or exact address. Once you input the location, click Apply filters.
๐ Generate a pre-filtered events feed link
From the event feed:
Select the filters you want to apply to the event feed, then click Apply filters.
Copy the link displayed in the URL bar of your browser. Here is an example of the URL after filtering for virtual events only:

With the URL Generator form, you can create a pre-filtered URL.
Add the generator's output at the end of your organization's event feed link, which should look like this: http://mobilize.us/

๐ฎ Distribute a pre-filtered events feed link:
Once you generate a filtered events feed link you can share the link via email, SMS, or Mobilize Messaging to direct Supporters to the pre-filtered feed which displays only the types of event(s) included in the selected filters.
