If an event or shift is full, you can join the waitlist to let the organizer know you’d like to attend. If space becomes available, you’ll get an email to notify you're registered for the event.
Not all events or timeslots offer a waitlist option — organizers decide whether to enable it. If you don’t see the option to join a waitlist for a timeslot you have in mind, the organizer hasn’t turned it on.
How the waitlist works
Step 1: Join the waitlist
For an event with only one time, input your details and click select Join waitlist.
For an event with multiple timeslot options, check off any timeslots you want to sign up for including those with a waitlist. Select Attend.

You will see this confirmation modal immediately after signing up:

📨 Note: Supporters don’t receive SMS notifications while they are in WAITLISTED status.
Step 2: Time to wait!
Only the event organizer can let you know details about your waitlist status. You can contact them with any questions using the Contact the organizer button in your waitlist confirmation email.
And maybe Step 3. An organizer moves you off the waitlist by updating you to REGISTERED status
You will get an email notifying you that you're off the waitlist. At this point, you’re officially registered and will start receiving automated event reminders.
